Ingredients
- 1 part of Mint Leaves
- 1 part of Lemon Or Lime Juice
- 1 part of Sugar
- 1 part of Club Soda
- Garnish of Mint Sprigs
Mixing Instructions
To make this virgin version of the classic simply crush 4 mint leaves with 3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Add club soda to taste, stir and serve in a Collins glass garnished with a few mint sprigs.
