Beer Can Chicken Recipe

Create a great tasting 'Beer Can' flavoured chicken with the following recipe instructions. The beer-can chicken appetizer is becoming ever more popular, this is due to it's great taste coupled with the simplicity to cook.

The chicken can be cooked either over a slow fire grill, or even in the oven. The process works by placing a beer can inside the 'Open' of the chicken, as it heats, so too does the moisture inside the can. The beer effectively evaporates into the interior of the chicken, adding the flavour in the process.

This same process can be used with not just beer can's, other types of flavours can be used by having suitable alternatives - e.g. a vegetable filled with a 'fruit juice'.

Equally, if you would like to try say a Turkey instead of a Chicken - this tastes just as pleasant. The key to success with this recipe is to not cook the chicken too fast, let the moisture seep into it at a slow pace.
