• 1 1/4 oz of Water
  • 1 1/4 oz of Sugar
  • 1 part of Mint Leaves
  • 3 oz of Ice
  • 1 1/2 oz of Lemonade
  • Garnish of Mint Sprigs


In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients of water, white sugar and chopped mint leaves. Boil the pan and stir until all the white sugar has dissolved. After an hour or so, strain out the chopped mint leaves from the mixture.

Fill two cups with the crushed ice. Fill the cups with half of the lemonade and add the sugar syrup over the ice. Garnish each with the mint sprig. Serve and enjoy.
