• 1 part of Mint Leaves
  • 1 part of Lemon Juice
  • 1 part of Sugar
  • 1 part of Club Soda
  • Garnish of Mint Sprigs


To make this virgin version of the classic simply crush 4 mint leaves with 3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Add club soda to taste, stir and serve in a Collins glass garnished with a few mint sprigs.
